General Return Guidelines

 

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.

 

Product-Specific Conditions

  • Repair Parts (e.g. iPhone screens, batteries, ports): Must not be installed or show signs of wear. Installed parts are not eligible for return unless found to be defective.
  • Small Components (e.g. seals, gaskets): Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns if there’s any indication of attempted installation or use.

 

Exchanges

 

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.


 

Non-Returnable Items



  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse are not eligible for return.
  • Custom orders or special request items may be non-refundable unless defective.




Return Process



  1. Contact us at support@mobileiphonerepairsd.com  to initiate a return.
  2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning the item.
  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.




Shipping Costs



  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
